1. Information we process

When you register and use an account, we process your sign-in email and credentials, date of birth and agreement records to identify your account, authenticate sign-in and confirm age eligibility. Your date of birth and sign-in email are not shown on your public profile.

When you use the service, we process your nickname, avatar, interests and time zone, as well as the text, images, voice clips, comments, likes, follows, room participation, messages, blocks and reports that you create. For in-app notifications and video calls, we process notification content and read status, plus call participants, status, time and duration as summary details. When you use digital products, we also process product, transaction-status, EvnCoin-balance and related transaction records.

2. Why we use information

We use this information to provide sign-in, profiles, interest rooms, moments, messages, in-app notifications, video-call history, reporting and blocking, digital-product purchases and balance displays; to maintain accurate account and transaction records; and to meet legal obligations.

You select a time zone to display room schedules and times. Evnue does not access your precise location through iOS location services.

3. Display and disclosure

Nicknames, avatars, interests, moments and interaction information that you choose to make public are displayed to other users through the relevant features. Private messages are displayed to the intended conversation participant. Do not include information you do not want others to know in a public profile or message.

Evnue does not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Apple App Store processes payments and related transaction information under its terms and privacy policy. We do not provide personal information to unrelated third parties except when you choose a service that requires it or when required by law.

4. iOS permissions

Evnue requests access to Photos or the camera when you choose or take an avatar photo or select an image, and requests microphone access when you first tap record in a room. The video-call screen requests camera access when you turn on the camera and displays a preview. Evnue does not record or store video-call footage or audio; it keeps only call-summary records. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Declining permission may make the related feature unavailable. The microphone captures sound only while you record.

5. Apple App Store purchases

In-app digital products for iOS are purchased through Apple App Store. Apple processes payment and manages payment credentials under its terms. Evnue does not receive your full payment-card details; we process the product and transaction-status information needed to confirm purchases and display your EvnCoin balance.

Apple handles refund requests under its applicable terms and policies. Deleting an Evnue account does not submit a refund request to Apple.

6. Retention and account deletion

We process personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records and meet legal obligations. You may edit your profile or delete content you have posted.

After you confirm account deletion, your account profile, posts, messages, call summaries, notifications, interactions, reports, blocks, EvnCoin balance, in-app transaction records and settings, together with associated in-app media files, will be deleted. Payment records managed independently by Apple are handled under Apple’s policies.

You can request account deletion under Me > Account & privacy > Delete account. Deletion cannot be reversed. Unused EvnCoin expires and completed gifts are not withdrawn.

7. Minors

Evnue is intended only for people aged 18 or older. People under 18 may not register for or use the service. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to Evnue, contact demzerhayatez@icloud.com.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise this Policy as the service changes or as required by law. The updated version and effective date will be published in the app. If renewed consent is required by law, we will request it. For questions about this Policy or your privacy rights, contact demzerhayatez@icloud.com.

9. This website and support

You can read this website without creating an account. This website does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies or embedded social-media trackers. Your browser connects to the website’s hosting service to load these pages and local resources; the hosting service may process technical access information, such as an IP address, for delivery and security.

If you email Evnue, we use your email address and the information you choose to send to respond to your request. Our email provider processes messages and delivery information as part of providing email services. Please send only information needed to explain your question and do not include passwords or full payment-card details. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
